They must have some personal interest in the deal.And they are not sure if they will be back as a ruling party again? They didn't,don't & won't truely care for nation.

The correct figure is 3%. By 2020 it will be 6% And by 2050 it can be as high as 50% as all our reactors will be fast breeders

Where will you get the fuel for so much nuclear power-do you have stock at your backyard?Ponder why Austrlia who has so much stock of uranium has not gone much for nuclear energy!When primary source for nuclear power-viz.uranium is not available in our country you want us to spend crores and then go around begging for fuel?The christian countries may stop supply at any time-mind that.Instead we should spend much on bio-fuels,solar energy and wind energy.The entire profit will go to Indians and it is good for our country in all respects!

Inflation is caused by increasing crude prices. Nuke deal would reduce our dependency on oil in future when we dunno how much the crude may go up to. Inflation in many countries is in it's 40s. We need to see other sources of fuel to control our inflation from going up there.
