After NSG approval India can start nuclear trade with other countires. So deal is on for India whether US congress passes it or not before the deadline. In that situation that should please our comrades who are opposed to do any agreemnt with US.

yes the comrades can buy from china and russia everything in this world including nuclear. Deal is great and without threat.
