One should never vote congress. Because they have ruled for the past fifty years, not asingle policy proved to be success. Poors are as before, education not there, poulation incresing, no electricity, no proper roads, no water in many villages, many are not having three meals, Oil bill increasing every year, defence is in shambles, internal security is not sufficient, terrorists not punished etc, etc, etc....
