Hey Patil:

That's what he is saying -- if you care to listen -- that this is NOT the deal that they would have settled for...

You mean to say that no party should oppose any ruling party -- coz everyone is aiming for the nation's development after all, ain't it?...

So what the heck was Congress doing when NDA was in power?... they should have joined BJP... (the way you are expecting Advani to join Congress now.. )..
:-)

Why are all these anti-Indians posing as Patils. Do they have a hidden agenda?

Thek Bolto. Arun Shawri wanted to sell HPCL, BPCL and Heavy Engineering Corporation (HEC) at Ranchi which now profit-making PSU. What a mistake Shawri was going to make, it was Dr. Kalam's personal intervention and visit to HEC premises, Ranchi and saved the same for being sold.

Patil,
Read what adwani says here. He is not opposing the deal, he wants a clear cut discussion on this deal about the ves and -ves in the parliament, which is the highest house in the country. If parliament is not taken into consideration, this agreement has no value.
FYI, BJP is the one who started negotiations for this Neuclear deal. BJP is always clear that Politics shouldnt effect the long-term foreign and economic policies of the nation. Every one is clear that this deal is beneficial for India, but only thing people wanted to know is what clauses we have that can hurt India in the future. Thats the basic bottomline point here and every common man in India have the right to know whats there in that agreement, easpecially the clauses that effects in the future.

We need answers what happens if India do a nuclear test in the future? Will this agreement prevents it? or there is any way where India can negotiate?

Until and unless this is explained in public atleast in parliament , you can not have such agreements.
