no need to be merciful on killers
by Hari G on Jul 09, 2008 04:22 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Bhadrakumar I respect your seniority and experience, but the entire world will differ with you on this point. Taliban follows political islam and sees the world in binary vision. muslims and infidels. they will kill any indian any hindu. Hindu Kush itself means "mound of Hindus slaughtered" during the islamic invasion.
not to get distracted, unless islam stops killing of other religious people and opens up their countries for other religions, and accept secularism as the governing ethos, we cannot sit idle. every secular indian should support the war against terror(islam)

Our war against terrorism is being fought in Kashmir, in the North east India and with the Islamic terrorist organisations like SIMI. I dont want India to spend tax payers money for buying weapons from Russia, USA, Isreal or South Africa and then explode it in Afghanistan. Let clean our house first and then think about Afghanistan.

if we want to take the war to the enemy then we should take it to POK not Afghanistan. USA is already spending billions of dollars in Afghanistan. India adding few million dollars will not make any difference.
