Has this guy been visiting the moon for the last 20 years since Pakistan stepped up militancy in the valley, brought in the Taliban, initiated Kargil, and now bombs our embassy?

that's diplomacy kaangres ishtyle - all moralistic lectures and no effectiveness. Chidambaram last week gave a speech to OPEC leaders citing their "moral" responsibility to reduce cude prices !!! What childish innocence.
