What r u telling boss..?
Why youn r upset with US congress passing the deal..Dont u know America is a democrarcy and US congress being representaive of masses ,has to pass any bilateral deal being a democratic setup. Similrarly Indian Govt has to ink the deal to become reality(though a less democratic India avoids pasing the deal in parliament- U blame it on our constitution not US's). Both parites have to sign and approve that is it... Have senses ..
2.Now, Re processing of imported uranium.. Boss, I am sure u are aware that the restriction of re processing is only on the imported Uranium ( that extra Uranium u r getting via the deal). Whatever Uranaum sockpile currently we have and whatever little India mines can provide CAN be re processed and u know that!!!!. But u r not telling it.. It is true that the Uranium we are going to get from NSG can'tbe reprocessed ..But then that is some thing that u r getting as result of the deal. With out the deal u have neither Uranium nor re processing !!!!
3. It is unfortunate that foiegn deplomacy has to be handled by people who are expert in the subject , having knoeledge of how countries accumulated technolgy in both fair and unfair ways, thereby always giving an option for India to re process even the newly available Uranium at a opportune point of time in the future, the Childish minded scientists and Co are cribbing like anything..

Rationalist should be appointed as the next Chairman of Atomic Energy Commission since he seems to be more knowledgeble than all the previous Chairpersons put together, if ever the Congress survives the floor test.
