Congress considers BJP and Left as third parties. Strange....irresponsible statement...

Mr. Kumar, third party means other than Indian Government (who is in the office by oath of secrecy as per Indian Constitution) and IAEA. nothing degrading of anyone in Pranab's statement.

This is not the agreement with US.
this is safegaurd agreement with IAEA , which actually prevents some civilian nuclear facilities not to be used for military purposes.so that some people like australia and canada can supply uranium for those reators.thats it..

even if they have the details ...they are not going to support it....
