Secular is all what BJP (pseudo-Hindu) is not about.
It advocates inclusive development not like Modi's Gujarat - exclusive development.
Secularism goes hand and hand with democracy. It gives you and I freedom of expression. This is unlike a Police State like Gujarat. If you criticize Modi, he either bumps you out or throw acid on our face
