Guys,

If we build a new reactor, how will it be classified? Will it, by default, be civilian whereby it comes under IAEA inspection or it's upto Indian Government to decide if it's Civilian or Military.

That mere Idea can trigger the Bells in the IAEA and USA

And USA President under the Hyde Act Can Impose his own Measured as per Their Own Domestic Laws.

Thus, Inspections or Civilian/Military is a too Far thing to discuss.
