Are you guys blind to read the text after 1998 blasts!
Prez Kalam and PM AB Vajpayi tod that we do not need physical explosion again, we can simulate the tests if needed. With 1998 test it is concluded by world that We have tried not only Fission but fusion device too! Fo and reda the archives of 1998 May till July

Is America ready to stop its own simulated tests and any nuclear tests in future and then India shouls agree and sign such a treaty
