dear ramu, Don't believe opinion makers like Kalam,or cheer leaders of the nuke deal, but sit down and read the written words of the Hyde Act and the 123 Agreement. It is simple. If you like you may read the views of nuclear experts like Dr.A.Gopalakrishnan,Dr.P.K.Iyengar,Dr.Prasad or Dr.Placid Rodriguez. For strategic views, read the articles of Bramha Chellaney. It is never too late to know the truth.
