These knickerwallahs are a desperate lot. After months saying the deal is dead, when it is all set to operationalize, they do best which they are known for - spreading disinformation.
If you ask this Spiderman, how he concluded the 5 points he listed as price for nuclear deal, you will not get an answer.
The 123 Agreement can be accessed from the internet by Google search.
Let Spiderman read the agreement and then cite the relevant clauses to justify the points he circulates.

Thorium based technology is at research level. To complete the research and build a reactor on that technology successfully will take much more than 10 years. And who told u that the govt. will be using forex for nuclear technology and who said that uranium is available in AP, Kerala, Chattisgarh and Meghalaya. It's juss rumour mongering.

There he admitted it. He has not read the 123 Agreement. If you probe further the so-called American experts are NRI Knickerwallahs!! He would not be able to name any of these experts.
So this exemplifies how knickerwallahs engage in disinformation campaign
