Have any asked this deal is religious issue

Only Two politicians said it.One CITU leader and another Mayavati.Yes some muslim emmams went to Mayavati for seeking support that this deal cant go to sign.Other side muslims are saying that we r not against the deal .Any one can guess what is right or wrong?
