Advani kept him wainting in Agra, and India lost the chance. If there would be an agreement between Bajpai & Musharaff, then there would not have been Kargil. Musharaff was frustraed after Agra summit,. nd his down fall started. Advaini is a real culprit, Not Musharaff for Kargil war. One can't keep waiting a President for Hours.!!!!! Hell for Advani.
