Secular means what Congress, CPM are doing .. dividng the society into caste/creed/religion/status wise, riots, explotation, corruption, inflation , etc and blaming on other parties like BJP just to get votes.

So congress is the best secular party as they split the country in General ( without any benefit and most suffering ),OBC-other caste favouring by reservation and minority by reservation.
