Rajesh Talwar - Innocent or Killer
by Sujatha Menon on Jul 08, 2008 10:21 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Why is CBI not doing NARCO Analysis of Rajesh Talwar ? Is it that he is a specialist dentist of Mayawati and she does not want to lose him for the next tooth extraction and so has bought CBI and asked them to keep him on free food for some days and then leave him with "CLEAN CHIT".

Leave the Talwars alone. They already have had raw deal - first the murder inside their own house, losing their own daughter, then the media hounding and the combined goof up of UP police and the CBI (who is going beserk suspecting anyone and everyone).

No member of middle class family would commit murder unless strongly driven to do so. And here there is no intent either! Arushi's flirting (all teenagers flirt) or Dr Talwar's growing affection for his colleague (closeness can happen) cannot be the motivation to kill.

LOOKS MORE LIKE AN OUTSIDER's JOB. AND DEFINITELY SOMEONE WHO KNOW THE LAYOUT OF THE TALWAR HOUSE.

It's time CBI lives up to its reputation as India's ace crime investigation agency and solves the crime ASAP.

You are right.
Until the biggest problem (for the police) has been to find out the motive for murder.
Except for a serial killer everyone would have a motive to murder.
Generally murder happen when , the killer thinks that there is no alternative at all.

In middle class families, who have decent income like that of professionals in some filed, rarely involve in any murder at all. Let alone killing their only daughter.
Recently the mother of Aurishi gave an interview to TOI stating that she was very much there in the house inside her bedroom and her husband was totally innocent.
She said that Noida police wrongly implicated her husband and surprisingly she did not say single word against her husband's compounder ,Krishna ,the main suspect.
She did not even complained against the servant of Durani ,called Rajkumar.
She says that the killer was somewhere out there and police have wrongly confined her husband.
