Since CBI is sure that Dr.Talwar and his wife were at home at the night of murder of Aarushi and Hemraj, why not they take up the case against the Media who gives false information to the public and the Court can come to their rescue so that infuture such incidents do not occur and make the public confused. I think Govt.of India sould enact a law, so that Media and the journalists do not give wrong news for te public unless it is approved by the competent authority, specially when the investigation from the top level like CBI is in progress. This is becoming a joke, just because we are a democratic country , does not mean we can do anything.Rules should govern and the Court should step in for the welfare of citizens of India which are bee misguided by the scrupulous agencies for their own propaganda and selfish motives.
