ALL PAKISTAN AFGHAN BORDER AREA, PAKISTAN SHOULD HAND OVER TO USA. BECAUSE PAKISTAN CAN'T CONTROL. PAKISTAN IS UNABLE TO CONTROL THAT AREA. PAKISTAN HAS VERY LIMITED RESOURCES. IN THE PRESENT WORLD ONLY AMERICA CAN CONTROL LIKE THAT DANGEROUS AREA.

for your information, India should also hand over their security to USA because India is unable to control,ULFA, NEXALITE, BAJRANGDAL, VHP. AND SOMANY OTHER TERRORIST ORGANISATION.
