when more tension is going in the politics,what is prathiba patil is doing.please anyone answer for it. she is like robot,perfectly screwed by sonia. at this critical time she is saying that ,there should be education for all girls.there by giving this statement,she is reminding us that there is a person called president.

Dear Karthikeyan, We are Parlamentary type of Democracy (Not presidential like US). Here President is the Titular Head...So ur Question is irrelevant.
