There is no instability in Government and politics in India, so says Manish Tiwary, the Congress spokesman. Nothing to argue there when the events speak louder than words, and people will make their own mind about this issue. However, it amazes me that it has been the Congress party that over the last 60 years opposed deals with the U.S. and wanted to maintain a distance, only to see it realise that it cannot live in isolation in this age of globalization.
