SP is undecided becuase Rs. 100 crores it demanded from congress is not yet made and negotiations are going on.

I have come to know that SP have demanded for 2500 Crores of Rs, from Congress, this information has been given by a very close person who has been attached with CONGRESS since last 25 years.
