Prerogative of Leader of Opposition

It is the prerogative and also of duty of Leader of Opposition to say to rulling party which have lost suport of another party to bring confidence votion in parliamnet, if goverment fail to do so than is is the firm duty of opposition party to bring non confidence motion in parliament. at present situation it look that goverment has lost the support of majority ,so for smooth running of parlimentry democracy govremnet should immediately seek confience motion

Well said dear Shiv Thakur.If lefts is saying that they will withdraw the support how a minority govt can take decision.So MMS sud get majority in the house if left withdraw support.

That can be done only when the parliament session is conveyed in the month of August 2008.Otherwise the Govt/President of India has to arrange for its earlier coveyance,to seek vote of confidence by the UPA.

it is the consitutional duty of Honable president to instuct rulling party any time when goverment has lost support of majority by arrangeing special session. becasue goverment going to sign a prminent agreement. this is my question that when majority of any goverment is doubt than how PM is auhtorized to sign on this deal. PM is responsible to house it means he also to responsibe to public of union of India.
