I suggest that the gentleman clear his stand on 123 and India retaining its right to further test without having to pledge its soverignity or IAEA overlooking our shoulders in our existing plants. What we buy from now they can have access to but not we already have. It that so difficult to understand even for a scientist.

10 years have passed , ever since India did its last nuclear test. Mr Bajpaye (The than PM) annouced a self imposed Moratorium that India will not test any more. >> Now why are you crying. You want Nuclear fuel / technology or Nuclear Bomb ??
