all over India in last 60 Years for a Public place where no old mosque existed !!
I challenge you cannot site one example.
This is truth of Secular India.
Wherever Muslims came up for poposal to constuct a New Mosque just because lots of littered Muslim population existed in that locality, authorities blocked it saying, it will create LAW and ORDER problem.
SECULAR INDIA has NOT PERMITTED ONE NEW MOSQUE IN LAST 60 Years in public, (sparse Muslim) area.
If you disagree, name a Mosque that you have seen constructed in last 60 Years

How many examples do you need? i can site many examples and can take you ther for proof.Can you show one place where muslims are in majority and have lived in abosulte harmony with freedom to hindus?

There are thousands of mosques which came up not only in UP but also in Hilly Uttarakhand,specially border distt Pithoragarh,Nainital, Tihri and suburban area of Dehradun.In UP they are innumerable new mosque and mazaars.At every step you find a new mosque in Aligarh,Ram pur.The Kabristan,you people have started saying namaz five times a day in Aligarh constructing a big mosque where as in the past namaaz used to be said whenever you buried a corpse
