Oxford had to change the meaning of 'Secular'

Oxford Dictionary has changed the meaning word 'Secular'.Earlier secular meant 'tolerant
towards all religions'.Now 'secular' means 'Muslim appeasement'.This defination is valid for india only.

May be Oxford india Edition, it look like the western also supporting m-peasement
