Did SP and Amar Singh consulted Dr. APJ Kalam earlier when they were opposing the N Deal. Now they have a chance to be a cabinet minister they supporting it and using the name of Dr. APJ Kalam. Mere Opportunitism. May be another reason in return Congress may releive Mulayam of dispropotiante asset cases.

You are right. Sp required to satisfy others before they grab this opportunity. Congress ignored them. Sp sent signals to support them at center and share power.
As I said earlier UP state will suffer politically with four parties of substance. Now they coming together to gather more MP seats in future elections.
No it is clear, secular slogan fashion for congress [ Gandhi advantage ], minority love is fancy to SP [ Class WAR] and secularism and downtrodden issues are eyewash to communists [Hating USA]
So there is no surprise now any one can join or rejoin, hate or love conveniently and convincingly any time and place.

One word: Democracy is not 'of the people, by the people and for the people'
