BJP's position in Nuclear deal is very clear . Advani told that they welcome the deal provided the provision which prevents India from conducting future nuclear tests should be removed. The present deal prevents us from doing future tests.
India can opt out of the deal any time it wants to make a nuclear test. Also, Vajpayeeji announced that India does not need any more tests after the Pokhran tests in 1998, and said we will not do any further tests, after signing a moratorium. Do you know that??
Many people here comment on the deal purely from speculation and hearsay. Read about the deal before making any comment from hearsay.

No India cannot opt out of the deal. -- The prepetuity clause makes it impossible to remove western spies, cameras from keeping an eye on our scientists and nuclear research facilities.
