Its not Mumbai, but in Bangalore if you need to cover 20Kms it takes hell lot of time..... At times to cover a distance of 1 KM it takes more than 30 mins.. so imagie to cover 20 KMS it would take approximately a day.
super fast growth of bangalore suddenly is the biggest cause of this. bangalore grew so fast that indian policies of city development like raod widening etc couldnt handle its speed. bombay and delhis development was more gradual.
