Mumbai: A sessions court in Nanded will frame charges against nine Bajrang Dal members in connection with the April 6, 2006 bomb blast case. Four persons were killed and seven others injured when a bomb went off accidentally. The court will frame the charges on July 7. Initially the Bhagya Nagar police station in Nanded registered a case of unlawful storage of fire crackers against Laxman Rajkondwar, a retired executive engineer of the stateʼs irrigation department. The bomb was being made at Rajkondwarʼs house when it exploded. The dead included Rajkondwarʼs son, Naresh and his accomplice Himanshu Panse. The case was later transferred to the anti-terrorism squad (ATS) following a public outcry. The ATS arrested 16 Bajrang Dal members who wanted to avenge the series of blasts that killed several people. The accused were booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. The ATS seized a live pipe bomb, 1.5 kg gunpowder, timers, switches and devices from Rajkondwarʼs house. During the probe the ATS arrested Sanjay Chaudhari, an office bearer of Bajrang Dal. The ATS during interrogation found his involvement in the Parbhani mosque blast of 2003, that claimed two lives. Chaudhari revealed that Naresh, an office bearer of Nanded unit of Bajrang Dal was the mastermind in the blasts. Panse was also an office bearer of the same Hindu outfit. every patriotic indian must buy bombs and guns to defend themselves from 20 corore terrorist residing in this country.there is report that there is a low percentage ofpopulatiion to police ratio.so people must fend for themselves when most of the police personal are fending netas and v.i.p.'s. its good starting...if we indians remain like lame duck without no arms and ammunitions on the mercy of mussy appeaser leaders then they will be bombings and killing in every city by these jihaadis or mussies.
look at gujarat ...people united and gave a befitting reply to these terrorist in their own laguage..there is ever lasting peace from 10 years ,,not a single incident of riotings and jihaad.why dont we all use the same formulae when its the easiest way to tackle terrorism and that too without spending money. americans must take que from gujarat
