This is a classic example of how cross-eyed our judiciary can get at large.... This "crazy nut" who ought to be hanged is now talking about being free and marrying..!!! And that too a girl who could be his grand-daughter..!!!
The girl and her mother ought to have a serious discussion together and decide whether the girl is actually capable of thinking like an adult... Or is it just a stunt to get publicity for themselves.... After all being known as Mrs. Bikini Killer or Mrs. Serpent Sobhraj has its own benefits... Further there are royalties from books and movies in the can that these mother-daughter may be eyeing.... If that is the case, it would be a fitting reply to scum like Sobhraj who have led their entire life duping and killing.

Absolutely agree with Ms Ritu Singh. This international gangster criminal has made a mockery of justice in many countries and is famous for rapes, killings and jailbreaks in the past. He has to be in jail without parole.
I would further say that young Ms Neha is mentally unstable to marry this smooth-talking gangster grand Godfather. Hope she sees the light soon, seeks security and backs out of this relationship.
