But the problem is that whenever a shrine / religious institution connected with other religions comes up, there is much help thats offered by the goverments...
And, when it comes to a hindu shrine, then all these agitations, backtracking by the goverments happen...thats the basic reason.
I am sure there would have been many muslim shrines in kashmir wherein such forest lands have been given.
If the goverment stops destroying forests at any cost for any religion, that will be a best move, but that will not be possible unless we have a govt with guts...
This kind of governence will only create an opposite effect.
