Wait for the BJP government to come to power at the centre and the see how at the first suggestion of the end of Hajj subsidy the Muslim leader of all ilk start to wail on about the Muslims being wronged by the proposal and of course there will be of Muslims demonstrating in the street to protect their right to subsidised Hajj as well as the ensuing riots.
