They are old and are in hey posts while communist and socialism ideas were regarded as best. Then why did these top nucleas sceintist able to develop 450 mw reactors and above (just now we have commission 2 450 mw reactors, prior to that we are not even good at 220 mw reactors).
Nuclear deal paves path for supear nulcear reactors of 1000 mw and above, and importantly raw materaial (call it uranium), which India does not have.

Indians love slaverly weather it is Arab Oil, or it is Amercan Uranium fantsy whih even thge American don't buy after three miles Island disaster.
