Exactly...we can say the weakest PM in Indian history talking to the as usuall conmgress rubber stamp weak President.
We earlier in Nehru Gandhi times a Strong PM and a always weak President. they were aptly called rubber stamp Presidents.
But this is the trend now with the Congress-Left combine we now have a Weak PM combined with a equally weak President. You know whats the result?

Dear abraham, It is only educated and cultured people who know how to respect elders. Indian Indian obiviously in not one of them. You sometime suspect parentage of such people.
