Mayawati probably do not know anything about the n-deal. She may think that it is a licence for producing N-bombs. But she should not express her ignorance so publicly because educated among the minorities will ignore her completely. She can't fool all the voters for all the time.

she does not care about educated people because the truth is most of the educated people dont even vote...
