US helped India with Green revolution which increased prosperity of Punjab farmers. Now nuclear deal is required to save India from high oil prices. India is technologically weak it will require help from US and China. If not we are in big trouble. Nothing wrong to take help until we develop ourselves. After all despite all diffrences with US, US has always helped us. Turkey 99% muslim country is pro-US. So it is a myth that Indian muslims are against everything that comes from US.
