The left, which is commonly known to mimick China perhaps isn't aware that China has made a similar deal with the US many years back and has also signed the 123 agreement (infact 23 countries have).

China whuz growth continues to stun the world will generate around 8.7 million kilowatts (8700MW) power by 2010 which is atleast 3 times where we stand. How come the commies there agree with the US on the deal...and our asses hear just keep crying?

Have you read the 123 agreement and the Hyde act? The Hyde act is India specific.
