The N-Deal
by Arup Chakraborty on Jul 01, 2008 05:12 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

It is quite understandable that every political party wants to gain something from N-Deal. Not the parties who are in India but also parties from US and Australia also. Nobody think why the labour party of Australia withdraw the agreement which previously the democrat sign with India for selling urenium. This is just an example what are the things to come next for India. We are very clear in our mind that our country needs to grow like nothing else and beats counties like USA, China in economy and technological field. But the question is can N-deal do that for us? No Never. It will allow coutry like USA, Australia to interfare in our policy making. And then we will become another friendly nation of USA allies. Dont u ever think what will happen then, we will loss our creditibility which we proud of and become a country like pakistan. Today it is a major question whether we go for N-deal or not and it requires more debate publically. I feel let people decide whether they want to a free nation or Usa allies. And go ahead with that decision. No matter what the consequence will be?

Its cheap to assume to be super power when u r not ! Lets leave hypocracy and face facts. A country of 100 Million if they have to achieve a stantard of living which is 1/2 that an average American enjoys we will need the same energy resource as of the US. Currentely the energy capability of India is just 3% of the total energy used by the US! WE DONT WANT NEUCLER DEAL B/CAUSE WE DONT LIKE AMERICA. WE DONT WANT IRAN PIPE LINE AS WE DONT LIKE PAKISTAN. LUCKILY WE DONT HAVE A DISLIKE TO BUY PETROL FROM MUSLIM NATIONS!! wah INDIA wah..
