Yes...in terms of technology gain and capacity utilisation of our Nplant and saving of own reserve for millitary purpose....on the energy front it may contribute on some amount ..depending on how it is implemented.

Yes, the signing of Nuclear Agreement is in the long term interest of the country. One should remember that our immediate neighbours viz. Pakistan and China are nuclear nations. Moreover, nuclear fuel is required for running Reactors in Nuclear Power Plant, which can be made available by signing the Agreement. Majority of the educated people in this country favour the PM's decision to go ahead with signing of the Agreement, irrespective of objections from the Leftists, who are more interested in the welfare of China.
