True Draivdian culture is of Sihalas. They are living extreem south of indian sub continent. Shrilankan sihalas are true dravidians.

They are and many of them only became Sinhalised in the past hundred years. However they are not willing to accept this fact. It is the ssame with the Tamil Muslims in Sri lanka. Onaly a few of them have some form of Arab blood. But they have all been brainwashed to believe that they have all descended from Arabs. Bothe these people deny thoer Tamil/Dravidian heritage.
