CPIM Govt is NOT culling CHickens.
If they are killing one, they are writing 10 is culled- so the person (mostly Muslims) get money!
CULLING TEAM HAVE BEEN ATTACKED BY PEOPLE ALSO, WHILE ADMIN TAKES NO ACTION FO VOTEBANK.
CPIM IS PUTTING WHOLE OF INDIA IN DANGER BY NOT ENFORCING STRICK PROCESS OF CULLING

I am saying after reading local Bengali Press.
Situation is very grim.
CPIM is doing this not to antagonize Muslims as election is coming!
