well, why penalize the poor plants. They are alive. They feel In fact they wail when we break them... the frequency is higher than our ears can perceive, but it is still there. If you say that you can kill the poor plants simply because you cant perceive it, are you really against "cruelty"... We really should stop the culling of all living creatures, plants and animals We should live on love and fresh air... wait wait... let;'s not forget Germs - the protozoa are animals too. Let's all try to get as sick as possible.

Same case with bacteria and protozoa. They don't feel pain. Don't think you can simply use some stupid arguments to evade responsibility for consuming meat.

you can't increase your day by saying all this to mean-eaters. soon i am going to be maneater and dont try to say all these. I will first eat those veggie guys as they will be easier to kill and eat :D

Plants don't feel pain. Their nervous systems are simply not so advanced. Most of the talk about plants feeling pain is not accepted by mainstream science. Check your knowledge of biology by referring to a good biology book. But clearly birds and mammals have advanced nervous systems capable of pain. Moreover, there is no need to consume meat.

meat eater monotheists can feel the pain of the plants, never of the animals they eat.
