killing senior officers in armed services is old fashion
by mrigank on Jan 31, 2008 11:41 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

killing seniors for the deniel o fleave in armed services are not new things. some years ago employees of such organizations were tolerant enugh and only satisfied with manhandelings or abusing the authorities. but now a days they are tightened their belt to remove the corruptions and evil of arrogent from the armed forces. they have started washing and cleaning the dirts. i feel ,the jawans should not kill them but kick them till semi death status.the fasion should change.

What do you know abt man management in forces? its not abt intellectual human capital mgmt like any other private Co. Its abt no compromises with security of country and following rules more important than giving leave at times when it is really not very necessary.

What do want to highlight by saying "following rules more important than giving leave at times when it is really not very necessary"? Do you mean to say the jawan in hyderabad was defending border at Siachin or Arunachal pradesh where posts cannot be left unmanned even for a minute. The incident took place in Hyderabad, where replacement personnels were/ are readily avialable. like all of us, the jawan had every right to avail leaves , if due.
The poor young man did not calculate the implications and ruined the lives of two families in a fit of anger. It is difficult to support him, it is more difficult to ignore his 'right to avail leave' as per his need.
