Many senior army men are sadist and harass jawans. Low salaries and high stress add to the agony. Senior officers should be show some empathy and understand that Jawans are NOT slaves. They have their self respect.

hope you will understand someday why you stay saved and secured on the cost of strict discipline and rules being followed by the CRPF and other forces..I hope others like you will.. I only hope.
