All this can be achieved if he gets a good liar oops Lawyer!
Our lawyers know that they can't win a case if their client wants an early settlement of the case. They have learnt that bribing expedites the case.
Unfortunately, this jawan cannot afford such a lawyer. He will rot in the system now.
