All the comments might be right in their own standing but the need of the hour is Public awarness. Any guesses how that can be achieved in real terms not in the way of saying all must be educated etc. We have spread the word of Polio Campaign, Family planning, etc. so this message also needs to be spread across.

Yeah true. Also these things happen because there is no fear of law. What is amazing is this racket was running for a decade!!! I pity for all 500 innocent victims.
