Once a man was plucking out Jackfruits from the tree : accidently one fruit fell upon a hare sleeping beneath the bushes under the tree and it killed the poor animal. Thereafter the man always expected a hare killed when he was plucking jackfruits ; but never succeeded in his further attempts. So you can't copy the Gujarat model to another state.
