Stanley remember that anyone can go to anywhere in India. I dont think even you would require additional permission to talk elsewhere in India. WHy single out Modi? We all love the spirit of Mumbai. And what stops Modi from appealing to others? Appreciate the pitfalls of freedom also, it cant be warped in any one way, it is for everyone.
