Time and again in India or Pak this name Bilal keeps popping up (for different persons though). Is there something special in this name that prompts people to such acts? Yes I know other names are used by others to spread hatred but in this case my query is limited to name 'Bilal'

Gautam...it is always associated with killers and murderers... so it must be a corrupted version of 'kill all'... Bilal
